Freesat has launched a new smart on-screen TV guide called <free time>, making it easier than ever before to find your favourite TV shows.

Available on selected new Freesat+ boxes and featuring over 150 channels with free HD, the service even includes a backwards TV guide, letting you turn back time and watch programmes that have already been on, an ‘at a glance’ Now & Next view to show what’s on right now, and a new Showcase section recommending programmes that are coming up.
