Doctor Who: Peter Capaldi’s final SDCC panel confirmed

The BBC has announced that Doctor Who will be heading to San Diego Comic-Con later this month again – and that Peter Capaldi, for the final time, will be on the panel.

Filming is nearly wrapped on the Christmas special, and whist that’s being edited, the Doctor Who team will be heading to Hall H on Sunday July 23rd at the event.

Chris Hardwick is set to moderate the Doctor Who panel, that will include Peter Capaldi, Pearl Mackie, Matt Lucas, Michelle Gomez, Mark Gatiss and Steven Moffat.

Furthermore, attendees are also being promised a special “exclusive sneak peek” (according to BBC America) of the Doctor Who Christmas episode. That one that will, of course, mark the end of their respective time on the show for both Peter Capaldi and Steven Moffat.

For those, like us, who can’t be there, expect no shortage of news to come from the event…
