A few videos and social media posts from the production of the Doctor Who New Year’s special, Resolution have emerged over the past few days. Here are some of the highlights I found, plus some set reports.

From Newton Beach in Porthcawl, which served as both the setting for Siberia and the remote island where The Custodians buried the Dalek parts.

The production designer, Arwel Wyn Jones, who will leave Doctor Who production to join the production for Steven Moffat’s and Mark Gatiss’ Dracula. There is no word on who will take over the production design for Doctor Who.
