A set of photos of Doctor Who star Matt Smith in the new musical adaptation of American Psycho have been released.

Based on the novel by Bret Easton Ellis, the musical thriller will run until 25 January at the Almeida Theatre in London’s West End.

The Doctor Who star takes the part of narcissistic yuppie psychopath Patrick Bateman. The character of Patrick Bateman was played by The Dark Knight star Christian Bale in the 2000 movie adaption.
