Whilst Downton Abbey writer and creator Julian Fellowes continues to field questions about the inevitable movie, he’s also been focusing on another project that he’s putting together for Sky Atlantic.
Five Arrows is a new period drama that’ll follow the Rothschild family, and their journey from nothing to one of the biggest banking empires in the world. Set in the 1800s, the project is being produced by Jemima Khan, and Ian Kelly is working on the scripts with Fellowes.
It’s one of two period drama projects that Fellows is working on. First up is The Gilded Age, that’s due on screens next year, and will follow the changing face of money and who has it in 1880s New York.
More on both projects as we hear it…
