The 320-page hardback book will be available from 25th April 2011, featuring 16 pages of colour photos.
Born in 1948 in Liverpool, Sladen originally played the Doctor’s companion Sarah Jane Smith from 1973 to 1976, alongside Jon Pertwee and Tom Baker.
