Based on DC Comics’ Green Arrow character, Arrow launches in the US on Wednesday 10th October, starring Stephen Amell in the title role.

EW.com reports that Barrowman has signed up for a recurring role as a “well-dressed man” who is “as mysterious as he is wealthy … he is an acquaintance of the Queen family and a prominent figure in Starling City.”
