Composer David Arnold will make his London concert debut this summer.

Arnold will appear alongside an orchestra and band on Sunday 6 July at the Royal Festival Hall as part of the Songbook Series at London’s Festival Hall.

David Arnold: A Life In Song will feature live performances of his best-known work, which includes Sherlock, Independence Day, Stargate, the London 2012 Olympic Games and five James Bond movies.

Arnold commented: “After 20 years of writing for film it seemed like the right time to present some of my favourite work in a concert setting. Its odd that I’m effectively making my debut after all this time, but if it goes down well, I might do another one ( in another 20 years ).”
