Dave is serving up a double treat on Thursday October 12th. Not only is that the date when Red Dwarf XII premieres, but it’s also going to unleash Zapped series two on the same night.
Zapped stars James Buckley – of The Inbetweeners fame – as Brian, whose office life changes when he opens up a strange package. Said package ultimately transports him to the world of Munty. Which proves to be a very different world…
The synopsis for series two reads as follows:
Over the course of the new series, Brian will clash with orcs, lizardmen, psychopathic Fairies, hipster blood-suckers and worst of all, actors. He’ll experience a terrifying trial by combat, come under attack from deadly stingbugs and celebrate the biggest day in the Munty calendar – the annual Pear Fair.
Episode one of Zapped’s second series starts at 9.40pm on October 12th.
