Casting news for the third season of The Crown was announced last week, with Olivia Colman confirmed to replace Claire Foy as a slightly older Queen Elizabeth II. A new trailer for the upcoming second run, to to be released on Netflix next month, gives us a look at how the show will see Foy off.

The official description for The Crown season two reads: “Beginning with soldiers in Her Majesty’s Armed Forces fighting an illegal war in Egypt, and ending with the downfall of her third Prime Minister, Harold Macmillan after a devastating scandal, the second season bears witness to the end of the age of deference, and ushers in the revolutionary era of the 1960s.”

Matt Smith, Matthew Goode, Michael C Hall, Vanessa Kirby, Victoria Hamilton, Jeremy Northam, Jodi Balfour and Anton Lesser also star. Watch the trailer below:
