Watch the trailer…

Two months have passed since tragedy struck the first family and Olivia and Jake left the complications of Washington behind to “stand in the sun” together, and everything has changed. As a determined Fitz begins his second term in the White House, a grieving Mellie struggles to cope in the wake of their loss.

Olivia’s ‘gladiators’, meanwhile, feel the impact of her absence: Abby is floundering in her new role as White House press secretary, Huck is working in a computer shop, and Quinn is desperately trying to get the gang back together. But Liv is busy lazing on a beach with Jake and doesn’t have a care in the world – that is until she receives some devastating news.

Back in DC, Rowan continues to play his deadly game and David’s promotion to Attorney General causes Cyrus to butt heads with the straight-talking head of the Republican National Committee, Elizabeth North, played by recurring guest star Portia de Rossi (Arrested Development).
