Ordeal By Innocence: first trailer, start date for the BBC’s delayed Agatha Christie adaptation

BBC

The BBC, as you may well know, originally planned to screen its latest Agatha Christie adaptation, Ordeal By Innocence, last Christmas. However, reshoots were ordered when serious allegations were made against actor Ed Westwick. He has thus been removed from the production, with Christian Cooke taking on the role.

What’s more, the work on the show is now done, and the BBC is getting ready to screen it. The BBC has confirmed that it’ll premiere the series on Sunday April 1st, at 9pm.

As such, the first trailer for Ordeal By Innocence has been released, and it looks like this…

In the cast are Bill Nighy, Anthony Boyle, Anna Chancellor, Morven Christie, Crystal Clarke, Alice Eve, Matthew Goode, Ella Purnell, Eleanor Tomlinson and Luke Treadway.
