A new poster for Picard has arrived on the web, following on from the first trailer, to tease the upcoming return of Sir Patrick Stewart’s iconic Starfleet captain to our screens. You can clap eyes on all the promo materials right here…

Jean-Luc Picard first appeared on our screens in 1987, in Star Trek: The Next Generation, with Stewart going on to reprise the role across numerous seasons and movie spinoffs. Its been some time since we saw him in action, though, which is what makes this upcoming TV show such an exciting prospect.

The Picard series is in production at CBS All Access, the same American streaming platform that hosts Star Trek: Discovery, with Discovery‘s Alex Kurtzman overseeing the project. The beloved author Michael Chabon is also involved behind the scenes. The show will air on Amazon Prime here in the UK.

Anyway, let’s cut to the chase, shall we? Here it is, then, the dog-featuring new poster…
