We caught up with Sean to find out what he likes to watch to relax between shows…

TV show that reminds you of your childhood:

Hogan’s Heroes every time I hear the theme song it reminds me of being a kid. I loved how much they made fun of the Germans.

“Little did I know later in life I would be in the Army stationed in Germany as German Linguist working for Military Intelligence. Sometimes I wonder if Hogan’s Heroes influenced my decision to follow that path.”

TV show that reminds you of being a teenager:

Married with Children. To this day Ed O’Neil still cracks me up, but now on Modern Family. I loved the dumb humour and dysfunctional family led by Al Bundy and his wife Peggy. And of course I loved Kelly Bundy (Christina Applegate).”

Favourite TV show to cheer you up:

Curb Your Enthusiasm. Larry David is such a loveable idiot that gets himself into all kinds of uncomfortable situations with his mouth. He reminds me of me!”

Favourite TV show to watch before going to sleep:

“I love watching Family Guy and American Dad.

“Seth MacFarlene is a comedic genius. The outrageous things he has his characters say and do crack me up.”

Favourite “guilty pleasure” TV show:

Storage Hunters UK. I know it’s weird to watch your own show and I do cringe seeing myself, but it’s fun to hear all the crazy crap I’ve said and had forgotten I said it.”

TV show that you find most addictive:

“I watch way too much Big Bang Theory.”

Axed TV show that you most wish would return:

Alan Partridge. It never aired in America, but UK friend gave me the DVD for Christmas several years ago and I loved it so much, I would invite friends over and make them watch it with me. I love his character.”
