The build up to Game of Thrones‘ seventh season appears to be well underway now, and last night a little more was revealed.
The show’s official Twitter account posted this last night…

That, of course, is The Night King – leader of the White Walkers – who looks like he’s finally going to take centre stage in the new seven-part run that’s due to start on Sky Atlantic in mid-July. Game of Thrones season 7 will be another effort by the channel to synchronise premieres in the US and the UK, in a similar was to its handling of the new Twin Peaks. That goes out early Monday morning, and then is repeated later in the week – which it appears is what will happen here too.
Excited yet? Let us know in the comments.
