Enola Holmes 3 is coming to Netflix later this year — here’s what we know so far

Millie Bobby Brown may have just bid farewell with the rest of Stranger Things, but will return later this year in Enola Holmes 3. And yes, Henry Cavill returns.

Enola Holmes 3 — what do we know

From the press release we learn:

Adventure chases detective Enola Holmes to Malta, where personal and professional dreams collide in a case more tangled and treacherous than any she has faced before.

You’ll have to wait and see what brings her there — but once she’s arrived, Enola is flung into a nest of vipers. As the private detective juggles a new case and the next stages of her relationship with Tewkesbury (Louis Partridge), the game is truly afoot.

It’s directed by Philip Barantini, the filmmaker behind the hit one-take crime drama Adolescence. Enola Holmes and Enola Holmes 2 scribe Jack Thorne returns to write the script, based on the novels by Nancy Springer.

We also have Himesh Patel (Yesterday, Tenet) as Dr. John Watson, Helena Bonham Carter as Eudora Holmes and Sharon Duncan-Brewster (Dune, Ballerina) as Moriarty.

Beyond a date of “this year” we have no news. Previous instalments were released in September and November, so it might be a bit of a wait. We’ll bring you news as we find it.
