E4 has released a set of promotional photos for next week’s My Mad Fat Diary finale.

The comedy-drama’s last ever episode airs at 10pm on Monday 6 July on E4 and finds Rae (Sharon Rooney) back in the same hospital where it all began. With her final A-level exams on the horizon, will Rae manage to find her inner strength in time?

Adapted from Rae Earl’s real-life diaries and her book, My Mad Fat Diary launched on TV in January 2013.
