The Horror Channel premieres coming this September have been announced
There’s a raft of titles coming to the Horror Channel this September, including three films getting a UK premiere on television, as well as two more films new to the channel. There’s the usual mix of horror and science fiction — we bring the details.
Three UK premieres on the Horror Channel
September 4 brings UK film The Haunted, starring Sophie Stevens (The Black Prince), Kirstie Steele (Waterloo Road, Glasgow Girls) and Nick Bayly (Goodnight Sweetheart, Emmerdale). It’s a tale of deeply buried secrets and revelations experienced by Emma, night-nurse to ailing Mr Cunningham.
September 11 brings The Last House, which stars I Spit On Your Grave‘s Camille Keaton, who is back and out for revenge again — this time against a trio of home invaders.
There’s a science fiction UK premiere as well, with September 17 bringing G-Loc. It deals with the issue of space migration, and stars Stephen Moyer, Casper Van Dien, Tala Gouveia and John Rhys-Davies.
New on Horror
On September 18 there’s a chance to see The Taking, a found footage film using that approach to examine mental illness. September 25 is when you can see the wonderfully titled Let Us Prey, starring Liam Cunningham and Pollyanna McIntosh. It’s described as inventive and trippy, two of the lesser known dwarves.
You can read more about all these titles, and more, on the Horror Channel blog.
