There’s plenty of mysteries to be solved with the upcoming thriller for Apple TV, here’s the latest news we have on Last Seen:
Based on the novel titled The Dispatcher from Ryan David Jahn, the production is almost ready to be released onto the popular streamer. The latest release of information about the thriller includes a shiny new trailer and some more juicy details about the show.
What’s Last Seen about?
The story focusses on an ex-police detective who’s life fell apart over a decade ago with the disappearance of his daughter, inflicting an un-healing wound on his life. Changing his role over to become a police dispatcher, he uses work to stop himself from reflecting on the fact he may never see his daughter again. One shift, he receives a distress call from a teenage girl that he swears is his daughter, embarking on a hunt for her identity and the truth.
Who’s in it?
The cast includes Patrick Brammall (Colin from Accounts), Maxine Peake (Say Nothing), Brendan Cowell (Dune: Prophecy), Daniel Henshall (Mickey 17), Zahra Newman (Thirteen Lives), Jessica Wren (Mr Inbetween), Tobias Muhafidin (Bali 2002) and Chloe Jean Lourdes.
When’s it out?
The series is set to premiere worldwide on 9th September.
