What’s it about?
War Machine focusses on a group of recruits during the final stages of a US Army Ranger selection exercise. The team’s training transforms into something much more dire as an outside threat finds its way to them. This threat doesn’t seem to be of this world…

The current cast confirmed for War Machine are Dennis Quaid (The Substance), Alan Ritchson (Reacher), Stephan James (If Beale Street Could Talk), Jai Courtney (Dangerous Animals), Esai Morales (Mission Impossible), Blake Richardson (Mystery Road: Origin), Keiynan Lonsdale (The Flash), Jack Patten (Robin Hood), David Tomlinson (Silent Night, Deadly Night), Kristopher Kirby (The Matrix: Reloaded), Joey Vieira (All Her Fault), Jake Ryan (Underbelly) and Daniel Webber (Billy the Kid).
Who’s behind it?
The producers are Todd Lieberman (The Lazarus Project), Alexander Young (Robin Hood), Patrick Hughes (The Hitman’s Bodyguard), Greg McLean (Wolf Creek) and Rich Cook. Valerie Bleth Sharp (Borderlands) is the executive producer. War Machine also lists Patrick Hughes as a director and writer, with James Beaufort (They Loved Us the Most) writing as well.
When’s it out?
Although there’s very limited information around War Machine, it’s been confirmed that it’ll be released on March 6th on Netflix.
