Samantha Womack and Tom Chambers touring the UK in ‘Dial M for Murder’

Some of our favourite soap stars are touring the UK this year in a new production of Dial M for Murder.

Made world‐famous by Hitchcock’s iconic 1954 film, the genre‐defining thriller is based on Frederick Knott’s stage and screen play.

This latest stage production of the classic thriller stars Holby City actor and Strictly Come Dancing star Tom Chambers as the charismatic and manipulative Tony Wendice, a jaded ex‐tennis pro who has given it all up for his wife Margot, played by Samantha Womack (from 14th April), best known as Ronnie Mitchell in EastEnders.

When he discovers she has been unfaithful his mind turns to revenge and the pursuit of the ‘perfect crime’.

The cast also includes Christopher Harper (Coronation Street) as both Captain Lesgate and Inspector Hubbard, and Michael Salami (Hollyoaks) as Margot’s lover, Max Halliday.

The extensive UK tour is already underway, coming to Brighton’s Theatre Royal from Tuesday 2nd June to Saturday 6th June.
