Following a mid-season break, the crew of Firehouse 51 return with Episode 11 of Season 2 at 8pm on Wednesday 12 March on Sky Living.

Before taking a timeout, the crew ended Gail McLeod’s reign of terror and saved the station from closure, but a new disaster left Casey unconscious inside a burning building.

Readjustment proves to be an issue for Dawson, as she begins her training at the Fire Academy. Luckily, Severide has taken up a teaching post, so at least there’s a familiar face to help her settle in. She won’t be getting any special treatment, though, with Severide under strict instructions to cut anyone who can’t hack it, even friends.

Back at the station, the gang are introduced to the paramedic filling Dawson’s shoes, Allison (Christine Evangelista, 666 Park Avenue), who hits it off with everyone except Shay, getting their working partnership off to a rocky start. Clarke, meanwhile, remains silent while being interrogated about the murder of his wife’s ex-boyfriend – has the notoriously secretive fireman got something to hide?
