The second season of hit US comedy Silicon Valley will begin in the UK on Sky Atlantic later this month.
Set in the high-tech world of Silicon Valley, Mike Judge’s Emmy-nominated series is back at 10pm on Monday 20 April on Sky Atlantic with the first of ten new episodes.
Having taken the tech world by storm with their music app Pied Piper, Richard (Thomas Middleditch), Erlich (TJ Miller), Jared (Zach Woods), Gilfoyle (Martin Starr) and Dinesh (Kumail Nanjiani) look ahead to a bright and profitable future, finding themselves aggressively courted by every venture capitalist in Silicon Valley.
But legal woes and petty revenge plans from the CEO of internet giant Hooli, Gavin Belson (Matt Ross), and his competing platform, Nucleus, threaten to derail their plans. Also, in this opening episode, with venture capitalist Peter Gregory’s company facing major changes, Monica tries to keep her composure while dealing with her competitive new boss, Laurie. Plus, Richard makes a decision about his company’s future while facing big news from Hooli.
