Scottish comedy Two Doors Down is back next month.

BBC Two returns to Latimer Crescent for six new episodes, written by Simon Carlyle (Bad Education) and Gregor Sharp (The Trip).

The Glasgow-based sitcom’s new season begins at 10pm on Friday 1 April and the first episode sees Eric leave the freezer door open, leading to a huge puddle of chilly recrimination for everyone.

Eric is played by Alex Norton, Beth by Arabella Weir, Cathy by Doon Mackichan, Colin by Jonathan Watson, Christine by Elaine C Smith, Sophie by Sharon Rooney, Ian by Jamie Quinn and Jaz by Harki Bhambra.
