With certain aspects of the comedy for Universal still being very much kept under lock and key, details coming out about the film are giving audiences a flavour of the laughs awaiting for them.

What’s The Catch about?

There’s been no official confirmation on the details of the film’s plot just as of yet. However, whisperings from the production hint at a comedy about a baseball fan unintentionally changing the destiny of a pivotal moment of a high-stakes match. Although there’s no further rumours outside of this, it sounds like some escapades will be in store.

Who’s in it?

The currently announced cast list includes Ashley Padilla (Saturday Night Live), Emma Stone (La La Land) and Chris Pine (Star Trek), with more to be announced in the future.

When’s it coming out?

The theatrical release date currently set for the feature film is May 21st, 2027.
