There’s been rumblings about a brand new production and a cast has recently been announced, here everything we know so far about Thud:

With big roles up for grabs and stars already being attached, the latest news around the upcoming production gives the audience a little peek at what they can expect to see.

What’s Thud about?

Written by Noga Pnueli (Meet Cute), the film follows the story of two entities from the same world with different approaches to their lot in life. The Devil and the Grim Reaper are both invited to the same event. They make their appearances at a three-day wedding and the sparks fly. What chaos lies in store as two harbingers of doom get involved with one another?

Who’s in it?

The currently attached cast includes Sarah Michelle Gellar (Ready or Not 2: Here I Come) and Rudy Pankow (Outer Banks) – it looks as though the two lead roles may have already been snapped up, but only time will tell as there’s still doubtless roles to take on as production continues.

Who’s behind it?

Directing Pnueli’s story will be Mali Elfman (Next Exit), with Derek Bishé (Faces of Death) and David Grove Churchill Viste (The Wind) producing.
