‘The Eternity Ring’, the first of three new 120-minute episodes, will air at 8pm on Sunday 24 March on ITV.

Series 8 will see Foyle (Michael Kitchen) in a different and exciting new role – working for British Secret Intelligence. With one war ended, a new one is looming as the iron curtain falls across Europe. MI5 suspects British atomic research has been infiltrated, and ask Foyle to investigate whether a Russian spy network could be at work in the heart of London.
