New episodes of the ITV1 crime drama will air every Wednesday at 9/8c from 17th August, as part of BBC America’s Dramaville strand, which also includes The Hour and Luther.

The fifth series of Law & Order: UK sees former Doctor Who star Peter Davison join the cast as “down to earth pragmatist” Henry Sharpe, who takes over the job of Director of the CPS.
