From Steven Spielberg and Paranormal Activity creator Oren Peli, new US thriller series The River is now available to watch on iTunes.

The River stars Bruce Greenwood (Star Trek), Leslie Hope (24) and Joe Anderson (The Twilight Saga), and follows the rescue mission of a world famous wildlife expert who goes missing deep in the Amazon, filmed documentary-style by his ex-producer.

UK viewers will be able to watch each new episode just 24 hours after its US broadcast on ABC.
