The latest edition of a Coleen Hoover adaptation to the screen has revealed its trailer, here’s all the latest information on Verity:

There’s still more to come as the newest adaptation from Hoover will soon be airing. The newest release of information about the production reveals more details on the plot and has a brand new trailer to boot.

What’s Verity about?

Based on the bestseller, the psychological thriller focusses on the titular author who is left unable to move or speak after a life-altering accident. Unable to pen her final novel herself, the author’s husband hires a keen young writer to help her complete the project. The hired writer find out she was hand-picked by the author, who has been keeping an eye on her and her work. The young up-and-comer seems keen to get the money for the novel, but things get complicated when she becomes more involved with the family’s affairs. The deeper she goes, the closer to the truth she gets and the more she realises they money might not be worth it.

Who’s in it?

The cast boasts a number of big-hitters including Anne Hathaway (The Odyssey), Dakota Johnson (Materialists) and Josh Hartnett (Trap).

When’s it out?

The theatrical run will begin 2nd October.
