In the second part of Anthony Horowitz’s ITV1 thriller, barrister Will Travers meets his former university friend Martin Newall and agrees to take on his case – in spite of the weight of evidence against him. Meanwhile, Will’s wife Jane debates returning to her old job in London and DI Wenborn causes a crisis of conscience for his colleague DS Taylor.
