The second series of BBC Two’s 1950s newsroom drama The Hour continues next week and Hector and Marnie host a gathering of friends at their apartment. Racial tension is on the rise across London, a response to the influx of immigrants from the Commonwealth who bring new culture to Britain’s streets, but also division.
