This time, he’s turned his mechanical musical madness to Game of Thrones, turning the stately sound of Ramin Djawadi’s opening theme into something from Lou Reed’s Metal Machine Music – and he hasn’t had to spend half the 1970s out of his gourd on hard drugs to do it.
