Nicknamed “Hackerville”, the town of Râmnicu Vâlcea in Romania is one of the world’s largest communities of highly sophisticated hackers.

In Search of the Most Dangerous Town on the Internet features interviews with convicted a number of hackers and scammers, whose list of targets includes everyone from NASA, the European Space Agency, George Bush and Hillary Clinton to even UK’s Royal Navy.
Of course, hacking itself isn’t illegal unless you’re compromising a system without the owner’s permission – lots of big companies now pay hackers to better secure their own systems.
