9. The Ninth Doctor

All the effort went into the ears rather than the eyebrows here. Not quite ‘fantastic!’ but not bad either.

 

8. The Sixth Doctor

Nice eyebrow action (especially just when he’s regenerated), and they’re all up and down in disbelief during ‘Trial of a Time Lord’. You just don’t notice it so much because that damn frock coat is always distracting your attention.

 

7. The Third Doctor

No matter what expression he was pulling, and no matter what craft he was piloting at high speeds -be it Bessie, a bike, the Whomobile, or a hovercraft – the Third Doctor’s eyebrows always looked immaculate. So much so that a few years later Worzel Gummidge pinched them.

 

6. The War Doctor

You need a good set of eyebrows if you’re going to be fighting a Time War, and the War Doctor’s armed with them. Just think, those eyebrows saw the fall of Arcadia and Davros’ ship fly into the jaws of the Nightmare Child. They’re not to be plucked with.
