The following week on the 9th, it’s the fifth season for Only Murders in the Building on Disney+. There’s a huge list of celebrities alongside Selena Gomez, Steve Martin and Martin Short in the cast (as ever) and if you’re a fan of the show, this looks like must watch. There will be three episodes at launch, then one weekly. After their beloved doorman, Lester, dies under suspicious circumstances, Charles, Oliver and Mabel refuse to believe it was an accident. Their investigation plunges them into the shadowy corners of New York and beyond — where the trio uncovers a dangerous web of secrets connecting powerful billionaires, old-school mobsters and the mysterious residents of the Arconia. We can’t wait!

Gen-V season 2

There’s a choice of viewing on the 17th, and Prime Video has Gen-V season 2, where all the students returning to Godolkin need to be on the lookout for the dangerous Starlight and her associates. This video should help you focus:

As an option on the 17th, Disney+ viewers have season 2 of High Potential, another show we recommend highly. The show follows  single mom Morgan with an exceptional mind (Kaitlin Olson), whose unconventional knack for solving crimes leads to an unusual and unstoppable partnership with a by-the-book seasoned detective.

Slow Horses season 5

At the far end of the month, Apple TV+ has season 5 of Slow Horses. More than three weeks to wait for the 24th when Gary Oldman leads the troops at Slough House in his inimitable way. This season adds Nick Mohammed to the cast, as the Mayor of London, who is in the middle of a re-election campaign against “a right wing provocateur character.” Add a surprise girlfriend for Roddy Ho (Christopher Chung) and we can’t wait!
