The release date for the upcoming heist comedy has officially been announced, here’s everything we know about Above the Line:

With a cast packed with comedy gems and a juicy premise for the plot, more and more is being revealed about thte feature ahead of its release later this year.

What’s Above the Line about?

The story of the film will follow six once-hopeful souls in the city of angels and movie stars. The group have long since had their spirits stomped out by the realities of struggling for a place in the spotlight. All wronged by the same producer, they’re scandalised to find out that their shared nemesis has won an award for best picture, they soon find themselves plotting to find a way to steal it.

Who’s in it?

The project will star Sophia Ali (Uncharted), Cedric the Entertainer (Swapped), Jackson Pace (Homeland), Dylan Playfair (Letterkenny), Reno Wilson (Tyson’s Run), Jamie Lee (Ted Lasso) and John Way (Reality).

When’s it out?

The film is set to have a small run in theatres before premiering for streaming on Quiver for June 26th.
