The Alien Earth series promises different life forms from the darkest corners of the universe.
The long-promised Alien: Earth television series, from Fargo creator Noah Hawley, is set to land this summer.
While we’re still short on a start date, there’s plenty of teasing promotion going on. The latest poster reveals a new series tagline: “Fear takes new forms”.

We also learn more about the storyline…
When a mysterious space vessel crash-lands on Earth, a young woman (Sydney Chandler) and a ragtag group of tactical soldiers make a fateful discovery that puts them face-to-face with the planet’s greatest threat.
“Alien: Earth” is set in 2120 when five corporations – Prodigy, Weyland-Yutani, Lynch, Dynamic and Threshold – wield the power of nations, and proprietary advancements in technology provide the promise of a new tomorrow.
We’re familiar with Weyland-Yutani, but the naming of its rivals hints at the shady corporate dynamics behind the show. Previous comments from Noah Hawley suggested a battle between AI and other forms of technology to determine humanity’s future direction.
There’s also a new teaser for Alien:Earth titled ‘Crate’ and released on social media…
