Bob and the fam will be back for another season of flipping burgers…

Fox has revealed this week that Bob’s Burgers has been renewed for an eleventh season. The series has been a strong arm of Fox’s animated content for nearly a decade now, though its ratings aren’t the best they could be. The show tends to curry more critical favour than sibling series The Simpsons and Family Guy, however, which are currently struggling through seasons 31 and 18 respectively. Bob’s Burgers has also managed to scoop two Emmy Awards, both for Outstanding Animated Program, in 2014 and 2017.

The show follows restaurant owners Bob and Linda Belcher, and their kids, Tina, Gene and Louise. The main voice cast features Archer‘s H. Jon Benjamin, Dan Mintz, Eugene Mirman, Larry Murphy, John Roberts and Kristen Schaal, with regular guest voices including Sarah Silverman, Zach Galifianakis and Kevin Kline.

A Bob’s Burgers movie is also on the cards, and was due to be released on July 17, 2020. However, that date has now been pushed back to April 9, 2021.
