Death in Paradise has been renewed for two further series and two Christmas Specials

Series 16 is already filming in Guadeloupe. Yes, welcome back to St Marie! We continue to enjoy the show and look forward to seeing how it evolves from the ending of series 15.

What do we know about the future series of Death in Paradise

It’s far too early for any plot details, but the announcement does confirm returning cast. Don Gilet (DI Mervin Wilson), Don Warrington (Commissioner Selwyn Patterson), Shantol Jackson (DS Naomi Thomas), Shaquille Ali-Yebuah (Officer Sebastian Rose), Catherine Garton (Sergeant Mattie Fletcher) and Élizabeth Bourgine (Catherine Bordey). Further guest stars and details of the cases for the new series will be announced in due course.
