The Showtime network put its money where its money-based TV show is last year, giving Billions  a fifth season. Here’s everything you need to know…

Billions first burst onto our screens back in 2016, and the show was renewed way ahead of its fourth season finale last year. The ever-popular series, starring Damien Lewis and Paul Giamatti, will be back for a fifth season on May 3 in the US, and will make its way to our shores sometime after.

Via Dark Horizons, the new season will see Chuck Rhodes and Bobby Axelrod’s “vicious rivalry reignited as social impact pioneer Mike Prince (Corey Stoll) poses a true threat to Axe’s dominance while Chuck feuds with a formidable district attorney. Taylor Mason (Asia Kate Dillon) is forced back to Axe Capital, where they must fight to protect their employees and their assets. Wendy Rhoades (Maggie Siff) reevaluates her loyalties and forges surprising new alliances that put her at odds with both Chuck and Axe.”
