Christina Marie is the new favourite to win the current series of BBC One’s The Voice according to Ladbrokes.
The 20-year-old from Bristol leads the betting at 3/1 to secure her mentor, The Kaiser Chiefs’ Ricky Wilson, a win on his début series.
Christina says: “This competition is hugely important as it has the potential to open doors that would otherwise be hard to obtain- and it gives me an amazing opportunity to sing for the coaches. Singing professionally as a career is my dream and the show gives me a chance to do just that.”
In the second spot is Sally Barker with odds of 7/2, whilst former favourite Rachael O’Connor is now third favourite at 5/1.
Jessica Bridge of Ladbrokes commented: “It’s all change at the top of the market and after making Ricky’s final three the money suggests the competition is Christina’s to lose.”
The current odds for the winner of The Voice 2014 are:
3/1 Christina Marie
