HBO has announced a two-hour documentary entitled Game Of Thrones: The Last Watch, which will air on TV the week after the series finale. Here are all the details, and the trailer…
Game Of Thrones season 8 debuted on April 14th and run for six weeks, meaning that the show’s last ever episode will appear on May 19th. Then, the following week, HBO will broadcast the Game Of Thrones: The Last Watch documentary on May 26th.

An official statement from HBO says this about the documentary…
“Made with unprecedented access, GAME OF THRONES: THE LAST WATCH is an up-close and personal report from the trenches of production, following the crew and the cast as they contend with extreme weather, punishing deadlines and an ever-excited fandom hungry for spoilers.”
“Much more than a “making of” documentary, this is a funny, heartbreaking story, told with wit and intimacy, about the bittersweet pleasures of what it means to create a world — and then have to say goodbye to it.”
We’re assuming that Sky Atlantic and Now TV will show the documentary in the UK, since they’re the British home of the show’s final season.
