Speaking to CultBox on the fantasy drama’s set in Cardiff last month, McGrath commented: “The one thing I do actually miss is that my storyline is now obviously very separate from Camelot. I haven’t really had any scenes with any of the boys or Angel or anyone really, so it’s been quite lonely and quite isolating.”
She continued: “It is a bit weird, it’s very different, it’s very isolating, but in a way it gives you more confidence. There’s scenes you have to carry and you can’t rely on Colin [Morgan] being there or Arthur. It’s all down to you, so it kinda comes with the whole new confidence that Morgana has to have to do what she’s going to do.”
Series 4 is expected to launch with a double-bill on BBC One next month.
