Southbank Centre will host an evening of conversation with Miranda July later this month.
The acclaimed filmmaker, artist and bestselling author will be celebrating the release of her debut novel, The First Bad Man.
The event will take place at 7.45pm on Tuesday 24 February at the Queen Elizabeth Hall’s Purcell Room.
Miranda July’s 2007 collection of stories, No One Belongs Here More Than You, won the Frank O’Connor International Short Story Award, while her debut feature film, 2005’s Me and You and Everyone We Know, received both a special jury prize at the Sundance Film Festival and the Caméra d’Or at the Cannes Film Festival.
