Sky has announced that Mount Pleasant has been recommissioned for a new series.
The comedy-drama will return for Series 4 on Sky Living later this year, with Sally Lindsay and Daniel Ryan reprising their roles as Lisa and Dan Johnson.
Other returning cast members include Nigel Harman as Bradley, Samantha Womack as Tanya and Adrian Bower as Greg.
The new episodes will see Dan’s wayward younger brother make an unexpected entrance and “more secrets come to the surface when Bradley’s past catches up with him”.
New cast members include Daniel Ings (The Cafe) as Robbie, Dan’s younger brother and Naomi Bentley (Primeval) as Angie, Fergus and Lisa’s new PA.
Lucy Lumsden, Head of Comedy at Sky commented: “We’re very pleased that the much-loved Mount Pleasant will be back for a fourth series later in the year on Sky Living. It’s been a joy seeing the cast reunited and welcoming some new faces. Fans of the show have a treat in store.”
