Wreck-It Ralph 2: Ralph Breaks The Internet now has a trailer. This, of course, is the sequel to Walt Disney Animation Studios’ 2012 smash hit, Wreck-It Ralph, which introduced viewers around the world to the loveable arcade game character Ralph (who is voiced by Stepbrothers star John C. Reilly).
In the first film, Ralph left his comfort zone as a bad guy and set out to win a hero’s medal. He abandoned his game and wound up making friends with a glitchy racing car driver named Vanellope von Schweetz (who is voiced by Sarah Silverman). Together they overthrew the tyrannical King Candy (Alan Tudyk), who had forcibly taken control of Vanellope’s Mario Kart-esque game, Sugar Rush.
Now, the Wreck-It Ralph 2: Ralph Breaks The Internet trailer has introduced us to the basic plot of this web-based follow-up film. The inciting event of the plot will see a WiFi router being installed in Ralph’s arcade, which kicks of a chain of events in which Ralph must venture online to find a replacement part capable of fixing Sugar Rush. In the UK, the Wreck-It Ralph 2: Ralph Breaks The Internet release date is set for November 30th 2018.
