The two-hour finale, ‘An Enemy of Fate’ – the latter hour counting as the show’s 100th episode – will air in the UK on Saturday 19 January at 1.10am on Sky1.

Sarah Wright, Controller of Acquisitions, Sky Entertainment Channels commented: “Fringe has a great, dedicated fan base amongst our customers and we are thrilled to be able to show them the much anticipated series finale at the same time as the US broadcast.”

Executive producer J.H. Wyman teased: “It’s definitely the biggest season finale we’ve ever had. It’s the most expensive… It’s massive, really big. I wanted to go out like, ‘Wow, how did they do that?’”

The finale also air in the show’s regular slot on Wednesday 23 January at 10pm.
