The original cast of The Hitchhiker’s Guide to the Galaxy radio show have reunited and are currently touring the UK live on stage.

Based on the novels by Douglas Adams, the ground-breaking new stage production – complete with robots, wild sound effects and drinks with extremely silly names – is the perfect introduction for newcomers of all ages to Vogons, Babel Fish and Marvin the Paranoid Android.

Led by Simon Jones as Arthur Dent and directed by Dirk Maggs, each event is also recorded and available to download afterwards.

9-10 July – Aylesbury Waterside Theatre
12-14 July – Theatre Royal Brighton
15-July – Mayflower, Southampton

18-July – Southend Cliffs Pavilion
21-July – Edinburgh, Playhouse Theatre
