Eternal Sunshine Of The Spotless Mind writer Charlie Kaufman is ready to blow your mind again…

Oscar winner Charlie Kaufman (Anomalisa) has been keeping busy of late, adapting Iain Reid’s bestselling book I’m Thinking Of Ending Things for Netflix, and now we’ve got a first trailer to check out. The upcoming movie indeed looks very Kaufman-esque, imbued with the kind of inherent weirdness we’ve come to expect from the writer-director.

Here’s an official synopsis from Netflix:

“Despite second thoughts about their relationship, a young woman (Jessie Buckley) takes a road trip with her new boyfriend (Jesse Plemons) to his family farm. Trapped at the farm during a snowstorm with Jake’s mother (Toni Collette) and father (David Thewlis), the young woman begins to question the nature of everything she knew or understood about her boyfriend, herself, and the world.”
